The South West Wind and Jazz Orchestra is non-profit, community based organisation comprising of around 30 musicians based in Bunbury. Since establishment in 1985, the band and its members have steadily developed to become one of the premier regional bands in the state, with recent accolades at the WA state championships. The band performs throughout the year at local events, independently produced concerts and at band competitions.
